We may collect and use personal data for the purpose of registration for events. This data is the sole property of the event management and is not distributed to anyone else by Convention Registration Services.
The data is turned over to the client two weeks after the close of the event specified on the registration page. The security/privacy policy of the client becomes the governing policy of personal data collected by this site for that event at this time. Contact information for the client is posted on the registration page.
We may collect and use company data for the purpose of preparing proposals for services rendered for a specified event. Data collected for this purpose is only related to a person's contact information related to the company that is looking to contract CRS to perform registration, PDA lead retrieval services or a Cyber Café.
Visitors can have their information removed from the collected database by contacting the client using the contact information provided on the registration page.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
