EQUIPMENT

• The workstations and printers are connected through a network server.

• There will be a minimum of two workstations and one badge printer needed for on-site registration. The on-site registration setup can range up to twenty workstations and four badge printers.

• The badge printers use a roll of badge stock instead of sheets of badge stock. The badge is printed immediately instead of collecting data for four attendees to print a sheet. This allows faster badge production and requires fewer badge printers.

• The laser printer is for reports and maintenance use.

• The laser printer cannot print badges.

• Computer equipment is charged per day and per workstation or printer needed. The server, console computer, switches and other equipment used to connect the workstations and printers to the server are included in the charge for the workstations and printers.
