Event name, dates and location.

Contact person's name, address, email and phone number.

Expected registration setup date and time.

Expected registration days and hours for each day.

The expected traffic flow for each day to allow us to propose the recommended number of workstations and staff needed.

The total number of attendees expected broken down by attendees, exhibitors and staff.  It also helps to know the number expected to pre-register and register on-site.

Will CRS be managing pre-registration or using a file of pre-registered attendees collected by event management prior to setup on-site?

How many colors are you expecting use on the name badges (black is a color to be counted only if it is in the logo and not in the attendee data printed on the tag)?

Is CRS providing badge holders or neck lanyards?  If so, what style do you prefer?

Are you interested in using PDA Lead Retrieval or attendance tracking at your event?

What types of reports are you interested in receiving before, during and after the event?

Some events can save expense by providing hotel rooms for CRS staff or meals during the event that are also offered to the attendees.  If you can provide this, please let us know so we do not count that in our expenses for your event.

Any other information that you feel would help us provide a proposal that meets your needs would be appreciated as well.
