bulletSetup and breakdown of equipment for on-site registration are each considered a half-day of work.

 
bulletThe number of people needed to register and distribute badges will fluctuate according to the projected needs of event management.

 
bulletThere will be a minimum of two Convention Registration Services’ people required to cover the registration site at any given time during on-site registration hours.

 
bulletPersonnel are charged per day and per person.

 
bullet

One day of work is eight hours.
